Full Moon in the heart of Winter

Astrology Article: An Abundance of Inspiration

Our Aquarian New Moon brings a high degree of inspiration along with an increased desire to fully express what inspires you. This article explores the best ways to access this inspiration and ideas for how to express your inspiration and take action in ways which support your personal growth.

Will Power and Momentum

This month’s astrology is offering you success in areas of your life where you may have struggled in the past.

Currently, Pluto is conjunct Venus, both are in opposition to Jupiter which is supporting the Moon’s energy for self-expression in new ways. In other words, there is a strong pull to transcend your current circumstances through new inspired activity.

This “pull” or “desire” to leave behind the old and embrace something new provides extra momentum you can tap into. The easiest way to tap into this extra momentum is through your own will power. There is an increased ease in accessing your own will power for positive changes during this Lunar month. In other words, you can definitely use your “extra will power” to propel you into inspired action.

Don’t just “think” about this – it’s necessary to take action. In order to access the type of success the Moon is offering, it’s necessary to do more than think about success, you must act on any desires you’re feeling.

Innovation and Creativity

What inspires you? The Aquarius New Moon has the potential of getting you in touch with what inspires you, but it’s particular degree (11°) in Aquarius also requires an openness on your part to receive it.

The archetype of Aquarius is often illustrated as a “Water Bearer.” In this depiction, the water is usually flowing out and downward from an urn.

This Aquarian symbolism has confused many into thinking that Aquarius is a water sign, emphasizing feelings, but Aquarius is in fact an air sign, emphasizing new ideas and innovation. This is innovation that helps you come to a new level of mastery in the world.

To support this process, Aquarian energy flows “downward” as inspiration and creative power. It also flows “upward” with an open mind and a desire for something better. Mental clarity and an openness to guidance from above is what allows for the genius and innovation typically associated with the energy of Aquarius.

New Moon Manifesting for the New Year

To access great inspiration this month, start with an open mind.

Ask your Higher-self for guidance, look around to see where there’s a need for something better. Hold the awareness that all of the humanity is reaching upward for guidance. It’s the same quality of energy that also pushes you toward wanting to experiencing higher levels of consciousness. Holding this awareness makes it easier to access the powerful Uranian energy within Aquarius.

Accessing the brilliance of the planet Uranus, which is the ruler of Aquarius, provides a extra connection to your guidance and your Higher-self. Uranus helps you to see beyond the confines of 3D reality.

Once you have accessed a little inspiration, use your mind to help you figure out how to express it. Think of new ways, or innovative ways, to chance your circumstance into something better. New inventions aren’t the only forms of inspiration, but innovation is as it taps into the brilliance and higher guidance available through Uranus.

Moonrise Jan Full Moon 2014

Current Lunar Cycle

The Full Moon illuminates and activates whatever was released with the manifesting wave of New Moon energy two weeks ago. In the coming two weeks look for ways to celebrate and take inspired action, especially from whatever you have embraced or experienced since the New Moon. Be patient with challenges that emerge in the coming days, recognizing that they are also a necessary part of your expansion.

Astrology Article: How to Secure the Resources You Need

There’s an abundance of inspiration and resources available for you to use now that the Moon has reached its full phase in the Zodiac sign of Cancer. As you begin to integrate these Full Moon energies you’ll have the opportunity to realize how to better establish yourself in your life path. You may also notice your attention naturally beginning to shift toward acquiring the education or knowledge needed to establish yourself in a more fulfilling way. This feeling is natural and directly related to our current Full Moon energies.

How to Take Advantage of this Month’s Full Moon Energies

This month’s zodiac energy of Capricorn works naturally with your ability to secure resources for moving forward and achieving your goals and dreams. The current Cancer Moon is providing a way to expand your perspective on Charting Your Own Path in the World (the New Moon theme).

Energies are aligned to make it easy to integrate your emotions and intellect.

To successfully gather together these additional resources, you may need to focus on your ability to separate “what you need” on an emotional level, from “how to get it” on an intellectual level. It is important this month that your mental focus be  fully involved in the creative process..

The Moon is all about feeling, and there are times when “feeling” through your intellect can be a very effective strategy. This is one of those times. For the next two weeks, until the New Moon on Jan 30, the planet Mercury is activating your creativity through the ability to visualize symbols of inspiration in the mind. Without this mental inspiration to guide you, your desire for stability may work against you and hold you back from accessing the mental creativity needed to move forward on your life path.

The Need for Stability

Stability is a cornerstone of healthy expansion. We all need it. The most creative way to harness a greater sense of stability right now is through involving the strength of your mind (Mercury) to understand what type of information is needed to support resources, acquiring what you need in life. Resources can be money, things, or information.

With Mercury being extremely active in the mental realm, studying, learning, and observing are especially important types of resources available during the next two weeks. All of these gifts of Mercury will lead to your experience of greater stability.

Sources of Inspiration

With Mercury in the sign of Aquarius, look for inspiration in all of your authentic relationships.  Not just in your personal relationships, but in your connection to cultural leaders, and in any relationships where you can see new cultural developments occurring. For example, take note in individuals who are putting themselves on the line for a cause which inspires you. During this two week window, access creativity through inspiration from the individual or cause.

To help narrow down your sources of inspiration during this two week period, try identifying with others or with a group which shares your world view or who resonates with your path in the world. Use your intuition (Cancer Moon) to recognize that securing resources this month will be best accomplished through figuring out what you don’t know and then learning it.

New Moon New Years Day 2014

Astrology Article: Charting Your Own Path in the World

Happy New Year to all my friends.

This month’s New Moon occurs early in the morning on New Year’s day (3:14 am). This provides the opportunity to use the New Moon energies to not only to set the intentions for the coming monthly Lunar Cycle, but to use it as an anchor for your intentions for the entire year.

The chart itself is extremely interesting. There are three distinct patterns available to help bring into alignment your goals for the month and even the entire year. The New Moon chart involves three interactive configurations: a grand square, a 5-planet stellium, and a prominent Jupiter retrograde.

The energies in the world are extremely complex and challenging right now. This is reflected in the chart which is complex, but potentially also very creative and dynamic. I would like to explain how to use some of these complexities to your advantage and at the same time make you aware of their shadow side to avoid any unnecessary hardships.

Grand Square: Stability and Security

New Moon on New Year's Day 2014The stability of a grand square leads to a solid feeling about life. Security and a feeling of stability will keep your feet on the ground in a practical way. With a grand square, change comes slowly and with plenty of warning. The grand square can also be rigid and limiting.

Successfully using its stability is based on flexibility, a sense of humor, and knowing when it’s time to make decisive decisions instead of “just letting things work out on their own.”

When it’s time change your perspective about something, don’t dig in and put up a needless fight. Often times, it’s a willingness to adjust your point of view which allows for your stability to continue to grow. Grounding practices are supported by this form and will help you remain flexible rather than stubborn.

The Stellium: Creative Ambition

With 5 planets lined up and focusing all their energies in Capricorn (capitalizing on the power of resources) there will be plenty of opportunity to line up the resources you’ll need to feel successful in the world. Capricorn will help you capitalize on the power of resources that become available. Your creativity will feel a new sense of power and conscious control.

With the New Moon conjunct Pluto, your sense of your own power combined with your projects will make you at times feel unstoppable. It’s important not to misunderstand the energy of the grand square and think to yourself, “Wow I’m invincible, there’s no way things can go wrong.”

In fact, the Moon-Pluto conjunction may lead to unpredictable results, so be prepared to release to attachment to outcome and remain flexible to what unfolds.

Use your creativity to expand your flexibility and ways to see challenges in a new light. See yourself building resources that will benefit others. The shadow here is ambition for the sake of your own power and control. The energies are aligning for the power you are feeling to benefit others or a future generation. Hording this type of power is short sighted and can have an unexpected outcome, much like misusing nuclear power without fully understanding the long-term effects of radiation.

Jupiter: Dynamic Internal Expansion

Jupiter governs both expansion and integration. In this particular chart, Jupiter’s position is also governing the distribution and quality of energy available for your personal use. It’s quite clear from looking at the chart that Jupiter plays a super important role in the overall pattern. The challenge is to understand how it might be working in your own life.

The way you will recognize Jupiter’s energy working is in the expansiveness you feel on the inside. This is an internal experience, because Jupiter is retrograde and in opposition to the 5-planet stellium. It will be working as an internal process to access your sense of power. This is not the power of “controlling in the world,” but the internal power that allows you to act from inner guidance. This is the type of power that comes from owning your own creativity and managing (a Jupiter function) your own perspective, even when your perspective doesn’t fit into the norm.

Ultimately, this Jupiter influence can start a new internal process of Self-realization. It’s an extremely dynamic process where your sense of stability begins to shift from circumstance and resources to the ever-creative presence of the Higher-self.

The shadow side of Jupiter in this configuration is the feeling that everything will work out without any effort, change, or decisions on your part. Another common misconception or shadow side of Jupiter in this position is related to the idea of false humility. This is where the ego expands its spiritual identity or ambition through piousness or anything short of authenticity.

Remember, Jupiter’s expansion and integration takes effort, diligence, flexibility, and a desire to fully know yourself and your Higher-self.

Complexity of Life

Life is complex and difficult in so many ways right now. This New Moon and the beginning of a new year presents many complex issues we all must navigate. I hope that the insights from this New Moon article will help you to navigate your own complexities.

Use this time to feel your own creativity emerging as a form of help from your Higher-self. Feel your own sense of stability and don’t be afraid to expand your sense of self this month and this year. This is an excellent time to integrate more of your Higher-self in a conscious way. Happy New Year.

Winter Solstice Full Moon: Finding Your Hidden Light

This week look for ways to celebrate and take inspired action, especially from whatever you have embraced or experienced since the New Moon. Be patient with challenges that emerge in the coming days, recognizing that they are also a necessary part of your expansion.

Winter Solstice 2013

Astrology Article: Finding Your Hidden Light

This Full Moon occurs only four days before the Winter Solstice and it illuminates your ability to understand your hidden role in the world. I say “hidden” because we often don’t understand the role we play in inspiring others and bringing others together. With the solstice taking place between the Full Moon and New Moon, you have an opportunity in the coming days to recognize your own role as someone who is instrumental in creating an atmosphere which others can rally around and find inspirational.

The Full Moon always represents a type of illumination which occurs in relationship to the New Moon monthly theme. Our New Moon theme this month is focused on Recognizing Opportunity and following the Full Moon you have the opportunity to see your own role in inspiring others.

The solstice energies this week will support this opportunity with the rebirth of light. Cultural tradition during this time of the year provides an example of this with stories of the Christ child emerging as a historical figure of inspiration and a personality in which people have rallied around for centuries.

A Story of Light and Hope

The story of the birth of the Christ child is a story of future hope. It’s a story of a new source of light and illumination around which the world can rally. This story also describes the essence of the winter solstice, which represents the hope of the returning day-force. Light once again is reborn.

The Winter solstice is the point of the year in which our solar light is reborn and starts to grow in strength as the daylight once again begins to lengthen. The longest night of the year marks the end of the night-force reign and its power no longer continues to grow unchecked. The promise of light and the day-force once again returning the Sun to its glorious throne of power fills our imagination with hope for a better future.

The birth of Light at the Winter solstice is the hope of something new. The Light is alive and it’s beginning to grow in our consciousness. This is the hidden theme of the Christ child story and also the theme of the solstice.

The realization available at the Full Moon rests on your recognition of the role you play in bringing others together in the spirit of unity. Whatever the action, whether it’s something you do, organize, or create, if others are inspired to come together, you’ll be instrumental as a symbol of light. In this way, each of us connects with the Christ child within and the light reborn at the Winter solstice.

New Moon Astrology: Recognizing Opportunity

  • Sun is 10° Sagittarius, Moon is 10° Sagittarius
  • New Moon Theme (thru the Jan 1 New Moon): Recognizing Opportunity
  • Next Full Moon is Sunday, Dec 16

Current Lunar Cycle

The New Moon releases a wave of new potential and sets the overall theme for the entire month that follows. To experience your fullest potential in the coming month, allow the energy of this New Moon theme to guide you and help you adjust to changing circumstances. Each week of this month’s Lunar Cycle will offer new tools and momentum for energizing your life purpose.

December Moon, New Moon Astrology, Seattle Astrology website.

Astrology Article: Recognizing Opportunity

This month’s wave of New Moon potential brings new opportunities. Opportunity comes in variety of forms. The key to success this month is recognizing that all opportunities aren’t equal. It is important this month to check with your inner guidance before you act. In this way you will check to see if an opportunity is supporting your highest good.

One way to understand this New Moon wave of Sagittarius energy is to recognize the help you received during the last Lunar cycle involving the theme of authenticity and integrity. The last weeks were about connecting with your Higher Self. You can use this connection now to make decisions, by “feeling” when circumstances are in alignment with your highest good.

Recognizing whether or not an opportunity has integrity (supporting your larger life picture) will be the key to your success. In other words, connect with your guidance before making decisions or jumping on board your next adventure.

Rest assured that ultimately all opportunities are good, because every circumstance has a purpose. However, all opportunities do not support you in the same way. The question the New Moon raises is your ability to choose from your own guidance. Sagittarius energy is fantastic for recognizing and expanding through opportunity, but Sagittarius also needs guidance from inner principles which recognize the hidden benefits of the bigger picture.

The key concept to remember this month is that each opportunity you encounter will have its own energy and momentum. Look for indicators and clues as to whether what is being offered fits into your larger scheme of things. Connect with your inner guidance to stay in the flow and avoid detours.

The New Moon Astrology Chart

New Moon Chart Dec-2, 2013Jupiter (expansion and opportunity) is providing a lot of momentum forward, while Uranus retrograde (shaking loose the hidden value) is raising the question of whether or not your next move serves your highest interest or that of someone else.

There is a triangle of success (a trine and two sextiles) involving Mars, Venus, and Mercury. You’ll be aware of multiple opportunities and choices. The important thing to realize is that they may not all be “yours.”

Pay attention to your inner guidance, even if on the surface everything looks solid. This is your Higher-self, with the help of Uranus, assisting you. During a New Moon your intuition is highly active. Use it to trust your feeling nature. Ask if you are aligned with the greater good, or if greed or ambition (yours or someone else’s) http://seattleastrology.org/wp-admin/post-new.php’s) are part of your impulse to act.

This month your inner guidance is supporting your highest good. Trust it. Move forward.

Last Quarter Moon Astrology: The Freedom to Expand

  • Last Quarter Moon was Monday, Nov 25 at 11:28 am PST
  • Sun is 4° Sagittarius, Moon is 4° Virgo
  • Last New Moon Theme (New Moon to New Moon): Connecting More Authentically

Current Lunar Cycle

The Last Quarter Moon supports integration as well as letting go, especially in terms of the gifts and lessons you have received in the last three weeks since the most recent New Moon. What new awareness will you carry forward? What old beliefs and habits will you release? Your decisions and actions this week will help you prepare for the manifesting wave that arrives with next week’s New Moon.

Astrology Article: The Freedom to Expand

Expansion occurs in many different forms. This week, leading up to Monday’s New Moon, provides an opportunity to get out of your own way by allowing your personal maturing process to precede on schedule. You’re expanding your use of personal power by letting go of perspectives that keep you boxed in.

By making a slight adjustment to your outlook in the world you’ll have an opportunity to move more easily into your own power. This is a mature type of power capable of balancing justice with compassion. It’s the authentic part of you which desires freedom over conflict. It’s free of bias, strong opinions, and preconceived ideas.

For this maturing process to continue on schedule, expansion is necessary. Without the willingness to expand, conflict will feel like the most appropriate response to life’s struggles. This may require some discipline on your part. Concentration and the ability to look within will be the key to expanding your perspective.

Look at your own biases and limiting perspectives in areas where you are finding conflict. This objective viewpoint will enable you to let go of limitation and expand into a more authentic version of yourself. Letting go will give you the freedom and ease needed to get out of your own way and embrace your own power.

Astrology Chart and Patterns

Jupiter’s in a powerful position in this week’s chart. It’s in opposition to both Venus and Pluto and offers a path for your personal expansion. The reason it’s so powerful is that it activates a connection (trine and sextile Venus ) to the Saturn/Mercury conjunction.

There a tremendous amount power available both in the Venus/Pluto positions and the Saturn/Mercury positions. The key to accessing this power is maturity, and expansion from limiting ideas of how we are all connected. The mental discipline required (Saturn/Mercury) to go within (Jupiter retrograde) is strongly supported by Mars (new level of control) and letting go.

New Territory: Full Moon Nov 17 to Nov 25

  • Full Moon was Sunday, Nov 17 at 7:16 am PST
  • Sun is 26° Scorpio, Moon is 26° Taurus
  • Nov 3 New Moon Theme (New Moon to New Moon): Connecting More Authentically
  • Next New Moon is Monday, Dec 2 at 4:22 pm PST
  • Winter Solstice is Dec 21

Current Lunar Cycle

The Full Moon illuminates and activates whatever was released with the manifesting wave of New Moon energy two weeks ago. This week look for ways to celebrate and take inspired action, especially from whatever you have embraced or experienced since the New Moon. Be patient with challenges that emerge in the coming days, recognizing that they are also a necessary part of your expansion.

Astrology Article: New Territory

Imagine yourself in a new world full of opportunity with the potential to make a real difference. As new situations develop in your life, this Full Moon will inspire you with a personal vision of how to adjust. These are positive changes, providing you the hold feeling that the recent ups and downs in life have opened up new territories which are now allowing you to expand.

This week, whenever you find yourself in a new environment or new situation, adjustments will need to be made. It’s important to realize that personal success will depends on realizing that you have control over how quickly you embrace the new situation.

The Full Moon always has some level of new illumination associated with it. As you experience a shift in awareness and realize that things are changing, be prepared to go a little deeper. There is an opportunity this week to experience an additional level of illumination. This deeper insight centers on the realization that there are energies available for making very quick adjustments when new developments or situations occur.

Your ability to make these timely and quick adjustments is related to the authenticity theme of this month’s Lunar cycle. Use each new situation or change in your environment as an opportunity to practice reacting in the most authentic way you can. Quick adjustments can easily become an authentic reaction, when you realize that your resistance to change is directly related to old patterns which are in the process of dissolving.

Astrology Patterns: Sextile Magic

November Full Moon Chart 2013There is a magnificent partial grand sextile available for you this week. The partial grand sextile can be quite powerful if you understand how to best to take advantage of its energies. A complete grand sextile has 6 points, 60° apart, forming a pattern like the Star of David. The partial grand sextile has only 5 of the 6 points.

Besides the partial grand sextile, two things stand out when I look at this chart: The stellium, composed of Sun, Saturn, North Node, and Mercury, in Scorpio; and the T-square involving the Sun, Moon, and Neptune.

The position of Neptune (early degree Pisces) indicates that extra attention is needed concerning how you go about adapting to the new territory through which you find yourself navigating. There will be a tendency to think that everything will continue to flow together with a certain ease, but what Neptune is trying to dissolve is your resistance to change and inaction. The ease comes from Neptune dissolving your resistance and trusting in this release. Yes there is definite easy flow of energy, but only if you are able see the deeper pattern’s resistance which no long serves you (Sun conjunct Saturn in Scorpio square Neptune).

With a such a strong grouping in Scorpio energy, it’s important in look for the deeper opportunities. It’s these deeper aspects of personal authenticity you’ll need in order to establish a secure foundation for moving forward in life. Authenticity is key to the “behind the scenes” magic of letting go and allowing energy to flow. When you release resistance, you can allow yourself to move into a new territory of experience, being your truest self in new situations.

Moon Astrology: When the Universe Tests You

First Quarter Moon Astrology Nov 9 to Nov 17

  • First Quarter Moon was Saturday, Nov 9, 9:57 pm
  • Sun is 19° Scorpio, Moon is 19° Aquarius
  • Nov 3 New Moon Theme (New Moon to New Moon): Connecting More Authentically
  • Next Full Moon is Sunday, Nov 17 at 7:16 am PST
  • Lunar Eclipse Portal (from October Full Moon) is open until Nov 17, Eclipse Theme: Discovering Your Own Truth
  • Winter Solstice is Dec 21

Current Lunar Cycle

The First Quarter Moon provides the opportunity to take actions that put you in alignment with the creative potential from last week’s New Moon. Circumstances this coming week may create tension or “crisis” in order to allow you to shift direction and come into alignment with the new potentials. In the coming days leading up to the Full Moon right action and good decisions will keep your momentum on track.

Astrology Article: When the Universe Tests You

Whenever I hear someone say, “Oh my god, the Universe is testing you!” I immediately think to myself, “Why would the Universe want to test me? Is this life a pass/fail exam? Is the Universe keeping a score card?”

Over the years with the help of astrology, I have come to understand this idea of “the Universe testing me” in a new a way. I have come to see the Universe as a supportive and helpful ally providing continuous opportunities for help with my mastery of new skills and awareness.

This week of the First Quarter Moon it may feel like you’re being tested, but this feeling is connected to a new skill the Universe is offering.

The skill you are developing is the ability to transcend the normal understanding of circumstances, through faith in your Higher-self. You’re developing an understanding that even the smallest and most insignificant actions can result in spectacular results. This understanding leads to the skill of reacting authentically to circumstances which otherwise seem out of your control.

In order to fully develop and master this new skill you need opportunities for practice. When the Full Moon Eclipse gift of “discovering your own truth” meets the New Moon ability to “connect more authentically” you are in a position come into alignment with your new skill. This will take some practice to master, but it’s not a test. Rather, it’s an opportunity.

This opportunity requires you to make good decisions as you react to life’s circumstances. For it is only through your “authentic” reactions (even in the smallest ways) that you can practice this new skill. So let’s be clear. Rather than testing you, the Universe is helping in the evolution of your consciousness by giving you the opportunity, through challenging circumstances, to master this new skill.

Yes, at times this week it may feel as if you’re being “tested,” but in reality the Universe is giving you opportunities to practice your new responses through new awareness. So instead of testing, I like to think of responding to these situations as a spiritual practice, offering the opportunity to transcend our out-dated reactions to life.

Astrological Patterns of Support

Nov First Quarter Moon Chart2013The Moon this week has a special relationship with Jupiter and Mars. Its 150° angles indicate an important key in activating 2 of our 5 points found in the current partial grand sextile (see chart). You may remember from earlier charts this year that it takes 6 points to fully activate a grand sextile.

In the current configuration, the First Quarter Moon is offering support for quick adjustments to challenges, provided you hold the image and understanding of how small actions can have a long-term impact.

Jupiter shows you how to expand into your own success, provided you are able to release any deep-seated energies (Mars) which haven’t been completely integrated (Moon).

This week offers one of the best opportunities I have seen in a long time to make real and lasting transformation in your personal life (Pluto conjunct Venus in the 4th grand sextile position). Venus’ position wants you to respond to challenges in new ways by accessing your relationship with your Higher-self, then asserting your own authority and taking responsibility for the outcome. Otherwise the danger is to feel overwhelmed or victimized, which is the shadow side of Pluto conjunct Venus.

Current Astrology Pattern: Holding Your Own Success

Each Last Quarter Moon represents an opportunity for letting go in areas in your live that may be preventing you from moving into a new pattern of growth. Because of this months powerful theme dealing with areas related to the discover of your own truth, this week’s focus is in anchoring what your moving into the future.

One of the deeper truths of our being can be related to how we identify with things out side ourselves. Most of us find it easy to identify with our own emotions or feelings, but how often do we take the time to consider how our own identity is linked else where.

As the week before the New Moon unfolds, the astrological patterns are supporting how you can let go ways you identify with things that you have out grown. Allow me to use an example from my own life. I’m an amateur tournament golfer who has been recovering from a potential golf ending shoulder injury for the last 6 months. This has been such a long and painful process that I had found myself identifying with the group of golfer who feel they can’t win a golf tournament. I made the conscious effort to abandon my identification with that group and focused on identifying myself as a tournament winner. I held the feeling of this new identification for the entire tournament, and I won the tournament.

Astrology Patterns of Support

Oct-Last-Qtr-Moon-2013You’ll be able to use this week’s astrology to let go of patterns symbolizing areas you would like to move past in your life. The easiest way to anchor this type of identity shift is through the conscious use of the “Leo” aspect of the Last Quarter Moon.

Our Leo Moon provides an ability to “show off” your intentions to the world. It doesn’t need to be as dramatic as winning a tournament, but it does suggest that showing the world our own symbols of achievement is the easiest way to anchor a clear identity shift.

Any way in which you decide to dramatize your our identity shift is appropriate. This can be as simple as going out for coffee in celebration of a new focus, or dramatic as filing legal papers indicating the start of a new course of action.

There are 4 key planets supporting this process. The Sun, North Node, Saturn, and Mercury are lined up in a tight row in the zodiac sign of Scorpio. What’s important in this 4 planet line up is there specific order. Mercury, in it’s position, is accelerating growth, but only once you are able to link together how you have been identifying (Mercury/Saturn conjunction) with obsolete symbols (N. Node/Sun, balsamic to Saturn) in your life.

The Sun only makes one conjunct Saturn each year. This year has special significance because of a trine to Neptune (allowing you to dissolve what’s obsolete). This is the time to anchor your new identity (Sun/Saturn in Scorpio) for moving forward. It represents the conscious truth of your being taking a step forward. You can let go of the identity you no longer want to be associated with and live the deeper truth of who you have discovered yourself to be.
