Aquarian Age Update
This update comes to you less than two weeks before Pluto’s final retrograde back into Capricorn on September 1. Pluto in Capricorn activates a restructuring of all types of systems of authority and power, both personal and global. As we’ve been tracking for over a decade, Pluto’s presence in Capricorn activates a strong shadow. For some, the coming months will be a time of confusion and disruption. For others this will be a period marked by patience and neutrality as we creatively navigate external interference using the intelligent foresight that we’ve developed.
Because we have developed an intelligent understanding of the cycles and timelines that are now occurring, we will be able to maintain clarity and patience during any disruptions that may occur this fall. This is not a time to be fearful, but a period in which each of us can know that, whatever challenges are coming, the light is stronger than the dark and that we are all prepared. This understanding of timelines is important. In traditional astrology timelines represent the cyclic nature of planetary phases and planetary pairs. We’re now expanding on this concept to use the term ‘timelines’ to refer to all decisions and actions we take that connect us to outcomes and future events.
Timelines can be positive or negative. Positive timelines are created in the present moment from the decisions we make through our heart center. Negative timelines are those that are the result of any situations or decisions that we don’t prefer. This includes whenever we’re on a trajectory or in a situation in which we feel we don’t have a choice.
Negative timelines are extremely pervasive. Most often we are unintentionally caught up in timelines that were initiated, created, or adopted from the past. All too often we inadvertently find ourselves participating in daily life in ways that we don’t prefer.
In contrast, our spirit always operates from our preference and is always available in the present moment to make a new decision. When we learn to feel within our heart center we have access to new creative opportunities that are held within the present. The new trajectories that result from decisions we make in this way are considered positive timelines.
Our Sabian of Aquarius 28° provides us an opportunity to expand our willpower and our ability to initiate new activity and create positive timelines. We also find ourselves with new awareness to question the validity of timelines that aren’t ours by choice or in our best interest. COMMENTARY: When the individual is able to limit their field of vision to what they truly love, they activate the focus needed to choose within the moment from a myriad of inspiring paths. When self-expression is individualized, it counteracts any feelings of overwhelm and confusion. The individual is then able to tune out distractions and outside influences and focus on inspiration.
This Sabian represents the beautiful song (many birds) of our Spirit’s desire to move forward in life according to what we are inspired to create. Each moment always holds a multitude of paths and choices. Overwhelm results when we try to use mind energy to analyze our choices, rather than slowing down to feel into our preference.
The contrast between mind and heart often results in confusion or overwhelm. The more you slow down the more you will be able to make choices from your heart, based on what inspires you above all else.
With this Aquarius full moon, we no longer need to accommodate choices or timelines that others prefer. We too often adopt choices that aren’t our own. This is done through a variety of ways, including conforming to outdated standards that no longer apply.
The current Aquarius-Leo polarity is energizing us to move beyond all types of outdated rules and standards. We no longer need to conform to outside authority, hold misplaced responsibility for others, compromise our integrity to fit in, follow religious and spiritual mandates, respond through energies of guilt and shame, or anything else attempting to control or manipulate us against our own will and preference.
The above list of outdated rules and standards permeate many of our daily choices. Many of these standards have been programmed and accepted directly into our cultural values. Our current principles of Aquarian Age individuality are showing us how to live a different way, from our hearts rather than someone else’s idea of what makes you free. The more you are able to live your life based on your inspiration, love, and highest excitement, the more you are able to do what you prefer. This is true freedom, a cornerstone of the Aquarian Age.
The Value of Confusion
As the frequencies increase in our world we are all beginning to see life and reality with more clarity and openness. As this occurs, the contrast between light and dark increases and we often find ourselves confused in ways that are entirely new to us. Confusion arises when our heart tells us something different than our head. This is why confusion is such an important emotion. It tells us that we’re receiving mixed signals.
Confusion becomes very prevalent in those individuals who are beginning to listen to their heart center. If you are experiencing confusion, it is a very good sign that your light body is rapidly growing. During confusion it’s very important to slow down and not rush into a decision. Your heart is telling you something different than your head. If you slow down, you’re able to wait for clarity in order to honor your true preference.
With Pluto’s retrograde movement back into Capricorn on September 1, we can expect a great deal of increased confusion worldwide. I’m seeing this as a good thing. As more people become individuated and begin feeling what’s right, what’s true, and what inspires them, they become aware of the discrepancy between their head and heart. For all of us, this is an important time to slow down. Sit with any confusion you may have and have patience as you wait for clarity. Then follow your heart, wherever that may lead.

The energies of Aquarius are becoming very important as we transition into the Aquarian Age. Every new infusion of Aquarian energy helps us with the overall shifts that are taking place all around us. Our Aquarius full moon is providing stability as our overall pattern continues to dismantle unsustainable power and control structures throughout the world. Do not be distracted or fearful by the changes that are taking place around you, as they represent the dissolving of the old empire of control.
I’m seeing confusion as a very positive thing in the world at this time. We are firmly in the middle of a great change and transition. Confusion reminds us to slow down and examine our decision-making process. Many of the timelines that are currently in place are out of sync with the energies of our new era. The less attention we place on those trajectories the sooner they will cease to exist. In the meantime, use your awareness of confusion, when it emerges, to help you slow down so you can awaken to feeling what your heart desires.
